Warmup

Sensei Match

Two players bow to one another with the 🙏 gesture, lock eyes, and say simultaneously "Sensei". They then do one of three moves with a martial-arts like grunt: Arms Up, Arms Out, or Arms Down. When they do the same move at the same time, they repeat the bow and the "Sensei" salutation.

Hey, Fred Schneider!

Players form a circle and sing "Hey Fred Schneider What are You Doing?" clapping the rhythm. One by one you go around the circle responding, (ideally but optionally in the voice of the B-52s vocalist) the game is named for. You can respond with any absurd thing -- doesn't need to rhyme, but should be in rhythm. "I'm clipping my beard to look like my cat!"

The Games

Character Switch

First makes a big choice. Second makes a smaller or contrasting choice. At the bell, swap places and character.

Notes for performing the game:

Panel Of Experts

Three players on stage. Each is given an area of expertise from the audience -- just a thing that someone might be an expert in like frisbees, spiders, or nails. Questions are put to the panel from somewhere. The experts each answer through the exaggerated lens of their area of expertise. So the frisbee expert answering the question, "what is your favorite food?", might say, "Pies. Because the first frisbee was a pie plate".

Notes for performing the game:

Good, Bad, And Worst

Three people giving good, bad, and the worst possible advice.

Notes for performing the game:

Dating Game

Similar to Panel of Experts in that there are three players on stage who each have an area of expertise and answer every question through that lens. Different in that the setup is like the TV shows The Dating Game or Blind Date, -- the questions (3?) come from another player who is choosing which of them to go on a date with.

Notes for performing the game:

Doctor Know It All

A three headed expert answers questions one word at a time. We have seen this before.
