The group stands in a circle. The first person says their own name, then follows with the name of someone else in the circle. That person then says their own name followed by the name of someone else in the circle. That person does likewise and so on.
The group stands in a circle. Each person starts with their arms out to their sides, each player's left arm is lowered with the palm of the left hand facing up, each player's right hand is elevated with the palm of their right hand facing down, and everyone is standing so that their left hand is directly below the right hand of the player to their left. (Consequently, everyone is also standing so that their right hand is directly above the left hand of the player to their right). The first motion is all the players simultaneously moving their left hand up and their right hand down to clap together with the hands of their neighbors. The second motion is for all the players tosimultaneously clap their own hands infront of themselves. The third motion is for all players to lift both their hands to beside their shoulders with the palms pointing out, and from this position move their hands out to their sides to clap hands with both the players next to them (also simultaneously).
So in all the whole rhythm goes: vertical, together, sides, vertical, together, sides... . The group keeps up this rhythm, and on top of it starts name passing as above. Build up a good pace.
As before
The group explores the expression of six emotions: joy, fear, sadness, anger, disgust, and surprise. Standing in a circle, the facilitator asks the players to express one of the emotions. The facilitator then prompts the players to explore a subtle version of the emotion, then a cartoonish version of the emotion, then a regular version of the emotion, then drop the emotion and come back to neutral. Explore each of the six emotions in turn, each in subtle, regular, and cartoonish expression.
